That’s right, the top 25 are here, and now YOU get to choose the winner.
The contest rules are simple. Vote once a day for your favorite entry through March 13, 2020. Simply click VOTE under your favorite pet. Then, share with your friends and family to help them win!
The winning shelter will receive a visit from Underwater Dogs photographer, Seth Casteel, for an in-person training for staff and volunteers! Stay tuned as we announce our winner on March 16, 2020.
Each year, eight million pets enter shelters, have a picture taken, and are put up for adoption. Often these pictures happen during intake when dogs are at their dirtiest and most disoriented.
These photos are what people looking to adopt see first. In fact, often, potential adopters overlook the perfect, loving pet due to a bad picture. At GreaterGood.org, we believe one good picture can change that. One picture can save a life.
Our mission is to provide shelter staff and volunteers with the resources to successfully groom and photograph shelter pets, helping give them the second chance they deserve.
